Most people do, and those that don't, it should. It would save a lot of money on the law enforcement side and could lead to higher city revenues if blacks stop keeping each other. All of the time they (and any other Chicagoan) spend trying to or succeeding at killing someone is time / money they could be doing something productive and not sucking up finite budgets / resources.BallSacked said:
