I'm not a big fan of Smith and didn't think he did a good job last year ... I personally would have moved on ... Pete didn't and now it is time to see what happens
Anchoring on a prior position if/when circumstances change is FS ... I'm not optimistic about Smith but open to the idea that things may improve -
