Cops see a guy come out of drug house, they can make a couple of profiling assumptions. He has some sort of warrant, and he has drugs on him ... profiling works.

Unless you take the Huffington Post position ... and that's the cops got lucky and stopped some random guy for no reason and ...


But then the officer got lucky: When he ran Strieff’s driver’s license through his system, he noticed his suspect had a minor traffic warrant for an unpaid ticket. That meant the officer could check Strieff for contraband, which he did. Then he got really lucky: He found methamphetamines in Strieff’s pocket, which provided a basis for an arrest and later charge of drug possession.

Imagine that ...

A guy leaves a drug house ... who has a warrant ... and has drugs!!!!!!!!

How fucking lucky!!!!!!

    Not ALL people who leave drug houses have drugs on them. Did you ever think about that? That's what I thought.

    Nice cherry-picking of conservative principles. You're focusing on the minority and profiling aspects of this case, when the real issue is that law enforcement can use irrelevant violations that are discovered through unlawful police stops to justify the search and seizure of your property. But who gives a shit about personal liberty when it's only happening to the blacks!
