Hi Damone!
-
Just walk up to the stadium and buy tickets before kickoff. You shouldn't have any trouble getting good seats
-
Welcome to our? city and our? stadium. We?'ll be happy to show you to you're seats.
-
Ps, be sure to get to Park Place Market to watch the flying fish, a real hidden local gem.

First off, welcome to our message boards. You're about to enter lively forums centered around college football. We've created a place where people can relax and say what's on their mind without being banned and deleted. While we began as Washington-centric, fans from other football programs spend time here and are welcome.
The majority of posters are very passionate (and some are quite eccentric) and that will show in the banter featured here. One military member stationed in the Midwest calls this place his "Internet Romper Room" and that's an apt description. The best advice might be to lurk awhile and get acclimated to the environment before posting. Given a little time, you'll "get it" and really come to enjoy this place. Before you know it, you might become a regular too.
If you have any questions or concerns at all, feel free to send me or the mods a personal message.
Thanks,
Pumpy
P.S. - If someone named IrishDawg22 contacts you with offers of advice and claims of having this placed dialed in, be wary. -
Are you looking to sit anywhere in particular? What section do you want to be in?
-
Some of the local eateries offer ribs n' rickshaw specials. Just ask around.
-
Don't forget to visit The Zone! That Crazy Larry is a real character!
-
Meat me at the 7-11 on Aurora before the game and I'll get you squared away.
-
Good to know. We were worried with the higher expectations for the season and it being the home opener that it would be harder to get tickets.phineas said:Just walk up to the stadium and buy tickets before kickoff. You shouldn't have any trouble getting good seats

Not really. We're just looking to enjoy the stadium and the atmosphere. I've been to Beaver Stadium quite a bit, Michigan Stadium, Spartan Stadium, Ryan Field, and the Orange Bowl, so it will be great to see a stadium with such an incredible view.SonnyShackelford said:Are you looking to sit anywhere in particular? We'd certainly appreciate this killer view, but something a bit less breezy would also be nice.GrundleStiltzkin said:Welcome to our? city and our? stadium. We?'ll be happy to show you to you're seats.

Great local place for breakfast....Shari's Pie House. Everything made from scratch. There are a few of them around Seattle but it is definitely not a chain by any means.

Make sure to act like a flamboyantly gay socialist hipster. It will help you fit in with the locals. Wear a wool scarf with your team's logo. Perfect for a crisp summer day.

I, for one, welcome our Nittany Falcon Spartan overlords.
-
I've heard @section8 rules.

Those were probably lies. We've sucked every year since 1991.NittanyFalconSpartan said:My wife and I (both Penn State grads) have always heard great things about Washington football games and are really excited to make our first trip to the Pacific NW this September. I was wondering where the best place to get tickets would be (we're open to sitting anywhere ... no particular section in mind) and some things that we should hit up on campus/the surrounding area. We're really excited for the game, as Rutgers is terrible and the Huskies are looking to be pretty good this season. Any and all suggestions would be welcomed!

Make sure to check out the local 7-11 if anyone gives you shit

I think you hurt @PostGameOrangeSlices by calling him out like that.PurpleJ said:Make sure to act like a flamboyantly gay socialist hipster. It will help you fit in with the locals. Wear a wool scarf with your team's logo. Perfect for a crisp summer day.

Rutgers is terrible ?
That's rich coming from a Penn State fan whose Program has had the most heinous crimes committed against children covered up their head coach Joe Pa that spanned 3 decades, And now new revelations out of Happy Valley that women athletes were forced to play despite being injured and against doctors advice.
I look forward to my trip to Seattle for the opening game at Husky Stadium. I think Rutgers won't be terrible and will give the Huskies a game . -

Ticket tip: wait.
'sold out' at UW isn't what you think it means.
Our new non-athletic, athletic director got promoted in part by giving away unsold tickets that never get used and reporting "sellouts" as "all tickets have been distributed" ... and the local media never asks when that same AD reports another budget deficit.

I can hook you up, but first I need a deposit wired to my venmo.
