The real basketball is on ABC. The tourney has been entertaining, but this is the premier game of the regular season.

Warriors small ball will run them off the court. The run is coming.

Shots aren't really falling for Golden State and they're still nearly tied, it's going to be a great WCF.

Aldridge is going to be a serious issue for golden state. They are going to need Bogut to wear him down in a 7 game series because Green/Barnes can't handle his size/skill combo.

For the first time in a long time Golden State's small lineup got its shit pushed in the way it logically should.

A repeat is not a slam dunk.

    A repeat isn't a slam dunk ...

But it's also one game ... on the back end of a back to back without the Warriors best interior bigs in Bogut and Ezeli.

The recipe for the Warriors, or any team playing San Antonio, is to find opportunities to abuse Tony Parker defensively. Against the Warriors, Parker will get hidden on Harrison Barnes in their traditional starting lineup and he just needs to go after him and abuse him ... or be the screener in the pick and roll for Draymond Green and force Parker into a situation where he has to contain Green with everybody else focused on the shooters.

What makes Golden State so dangerous offensively is that they can pretty much provide a counter for anything that you do to them defensively. There's a lot more to them than what Curry brings to the table.

The other thing that everybody forgets is that the Warriors are an elite level defensive team as well in the league ... the Spurs only shot 41% for the game and for as much as the talk about Aldridge's game was, he was only 11 for 25 with only 4 FTs ... far from the type of game that should get a team worked up regarding a plan to stop him going forward.

I'd still back the Warriors in a series ... likely in 6 or 7 games.

Disagree. Spurs are undefeated at home playing the Warriors. That was high quality basketball too.

Christ -any basketball geek that doesn't have two TV's set up in March isn't a basketball fan.

    Should have watched both abundantly.

Any other time, I'd agree. But the first weekend of the NCAA tourney is the best ting in sports.
