Maybe the Husky Fan Podcast will invite him...PurpleJ said:
Someone "gets" Jude. Hope he can come to a HH get together at some point. I'd tell him to pump my gas and quack like a duck.RaceBannon said:Jude is trolling with this tweet. It was just for us. The #2 all time lol

I don't like Smith, but the team had a lot of freshman and it's funny how they got better with experience.puppylove_sugarsteel said:99% of yous praised Sark for his recruiting, then whined like wives because they finished last in offense In the pac12, but this year due to Peter's recruiting, crawled out the cellar (with the 2 guys puppy said would both star as true freshmen (gaskin, browning).
"It was Petersen's fault, j smiths fault." Well Jay don makes clear the issue left behind by Sark and facing Petersen. FCS roster. "But hey , Petersen should have won 10 games last year". "Hey Sark left Petersen with a couple decent NFL players on defense and cyler miles". "Petersen cant coach at this level".
Aside from Bill, Road and I, everyone here pounded, jim foreman style, the above sentiments on a painfully consistent basis.
Jaydon was always an inch away from making the big catch, an inch away from a 1st down, or a dropped td pass away from a victory. No surprise...he's quick not fast, and he cant catch. Translation...dead meat on an NFL field.
Difference between him and lockett? Lockett was good at SOMETHING!. -
Just wanted to point out (if it hasn't been already) that while Mickens is #2 all time in receptions, he's not even in the top 40 all time in average yards per catch. That makes him one of the all-time leaders in 'wasting a down'.
Oh, and his 12 career TDs don't look very good when you consider that his 235 total snaps ranks #2 all time for a WR. For some perspective, Devin Aguilar only played 136 snaps but caught 13 TD passes in his career. IIRC, nobody gave a shit that he didn't get invited to the combine. Even Sonny Shackelford accumulated 10 TDs with over 100 less snaps than Mickens.
And all it took to expose him was a single trip to http://www.sports-reference.com/cfb/schools/washington/receiving.html
I should really add "Excellent at Mickens bashing" to my resume. -

When is Peterman gonna have a winning conference record?puppylove_sugarsteel said:99% of yous praised Sark for his recruiting, then whined like wives because they finished last in offense In the pac12, but this year due to Peter's recruiting, crawled out the cellar (with the 2 guys puppy said would both star as true freshmen (gaskin, browning).

It's interesting when you look at that list, who has the words yards/catch in the history of UW WRs; of people with 100 yards or more in their career (in order from shittiest to least shitty) these are the shittiest WRs in UW history:
1. Kendyl Taylor (8.0ypc)
2. Willie Rosborough (9.4ypc)
3. Eddie Jackson (9.5ypc)
4. DiAndre Campbell (9.8ypc)
5. Damon Barry (9.8ypc)
6. Cody Bruns (10.7ypc)
7. Curtis Gaspard (10.7ypc)
8. Joe Jarzynka (10.8ypc)
9. Jaydon Mickens (10.8ypc)
10. Damon Mack (10.9ypc)
The only WR on this list with over 500 career yards is Jaydon.
The next 500 yard+ guy is Dane Looker (11.3).
The next WR on the list with over 1,000 career yards is Kasen Williams (11.8ypc).
The next guy with 2,000+ is Reggie Williams at 14.9ypc.
If you're wondering who our BEST big play guys ever (1,000+ career yards) were they are:
1. Tom Scott (24.0ypc)
2. Spider Gaines (23.2ypc)
3. Brian Slater (19.4ypc)
4. Andre Riley (19.3ypc)
Guys that just missed because they were under 1,000 yards:
Craig Chambers (981yds; 19.6ypc)
Andre DeSaussure (837yds; 19.5ypc)
