Tolls are regressive.
I.E. These tolls don't really effect Chatch much since he makes 7 digits per year and is generally better than the rest of us.
OTOH, it adversely effects the majority of the population, especially guys in mother's basement who are trying to be on time for their shift at the Kirkland Arby's. Even if you make say $100,000 per year, the tolls add up.
It's the same as sales tax. Notice how much that has gone up over the past 20-30 years?

I ran my own 405 freeway and I know that if you don't stop 405 trolls they will ruin the freeway

Washington would be a very appealing place to live.

Transportation around the 405 corridor is an EZ fix.
But, its not about mobility. -
WSDOT needs to stop making private transportation deals that are worse for us than the Casino Pact was.
