  You knew that something pretty bad happened because Damon Huard immediately sounded like he just witnessed Joe Theismann get his leg snapped by LT ...
  
  I was immediately pissed that a) I didn't see it in real time and b) that Damon Huard wasn't enjoying the work of the Death Row Defense.

One receiver to go deep, one strong possession receiver and two blocking tight ends that don't drop passes and a fucking beast at tail back, Gaskin, Sankey or Polk! Put all the studs on defense and beat the holy shit out of teams physically until they cry and quit like USC did. Let the defense get a few offensive plays once in awhile to keep their dicks hard

He still would have fucked it up and been out of the conference race in October. And for the record, this defense wasn't anywhere near elite like Bama is. Not even close. But I can understand if you think an above average defense is good based on what UW has done recently.

  There weren't any good defenses in the Pac-12 this year. Stanford, maybe. That's it. Our defense choked under pressure several times this year.
