"Marshall Malchow joined Chris Petersen’s staff in January 2014 as the Director of Player Personnel and following the 2014 season began overseeing all recruiting aspects for the football program.
Malchow originally joined Petersen’s staff at Boise State in 2012 as the assistant director of player personnel, then spent the 2013 season at Louisville as the director of on-campus recruiting.
Originally from Augusta, Ga., Malchow is a graduate of the University of Alabama and worked throughout his undergraduate career as a recruiting specialist in the football program's player personnel department. While with the Crimson Tide, Malchow assisted in the recruiting process, providing tours for official and unofficial visits. He was also a volunteer for both the Nike Rise Camp and the Summer Alabama Football Camps. He also served internships with both ESPN and the Atlanta Braves.
Malchow and wife Greyson were married earlier this spring."
