Most players from out of state. exceptions: the deep south where it is all black guys except the kicker and coaches. FCS, a similar makeup but many more guys from in-state

DIVISION 2: these are mainly white guys from middle class or "working class" backgrounds from this state who are generally pretty good football players but don't fit the profile for FBS/FCS.

DIVISION 3: rich white guys from well to do families who can afford private school tuition. These teams range from good to really awful.
