My guess is we have a series early in the game where we get sacked, throw a backwards bubble screen or fly sweep for negative yards, and get a holding penalty in there somewhere.

He called fair catch on it... It bounced ten yards in front of him because he couldn't get to the kick in time since it was so bad. He fielded it to save field position and took the knee because he couldn't advance the punt, advancing it could result in a penalty.
