While I disagree with the concept of micro aggressions because it usually means that the aggrieved isn't operating in good faith, the idea that just because the workplace is integrated we shouldn't care about things like this is ridiculous. The recent history of voting laws in the South would argue that backsliding is a very real danger. And to answer part two, if whitey wants to be in the yoga class then they should be admitted.
