What I'm Hearing: Oregon Week

Hearing when the team came back from LA last week they all just partied til Sunday and didn't even watch film.
Hearing that they have heard that Adams and Carrington are playing and decided to just move on to Stanford week, so they are now preparing ALL IN for Stanford.
19 players have put their couches on pre-sale.
Petersen is a UO spy, he is a Phil Knight plant, he is going to cave in the UW program from within.
Sources are telling me they expect a UO blowout.
I'm thinking 77-4, Oregon.

Better just shut the program down.

We must have the same guy. I can't say who it is and I'm sure you can't either... but we must have the same guy.
-
Might as well not even play the game
-
So, just like any other Oregon week.

There's basically no chance we win.

What are you hearing from your NFL guy?

This, and I'm being serious. This sets up TERRIBLY this week.Dennis_DeYoung said:There's basically no chance we win.

We might as well not even bother to show up for the game.

Don't worry, THEY won't. -
Disagree. The crowd at Husky Stadium will be unlike any type of crowd the current Huskies have seen. It will give them a shot in the arm to help lead to victory.CokeGreaterThanPepsi said:

Petersen is going to do to Helfrich, what Chip continuously did to Sark. I just hope they don't arrest Petersen at the 50.

If it's like the '03 whOregon game, that would be awesome.DerekJohnson said:

As much as I would thoroughly enjoy a UW plungering of Oregon, I would prefer the score to be close. If Helfrich gets plungered on Saturday, his seat is going to really get hot. I think I speak for other Husky fans in saying that we'd prefer Helfrich to be around for another 2-3 years.greenblood said:Petersen is going to do to Helfrich, what Chip continuously did to Sark. It would be nice to have him be a drag on the program for a few years, but the house of cards is crumbling...if Oregon is smart there's no way he gets 2-3 more years. -

He'll be gone by the end of next year regardless.PurpleBaze said:

But seriously, if we know for sure that Helfrich is door.ass.out in a couple of months, then by all means PLUNGER AWAY, Petersen. -
It's a mute point.PurpleBaze said:

I want Washington to win 77-4 just to get two coaches fired in a row.

This is true, but I'll still be reenacting GnR's Night Train when we lose.Dennis_DeYoung said:There's basically no chance we win.

The problem I see there is that if you want the guy around for another two years because he sucks, SOMEBODY is going to push him off the cliff (Hi Sark!), so UW might as well get the industrial strength plunger out now. Unless the coach in question answers to Woody.PurpleBaze said:

I'm gonna go ahead and ignore this because I don't know if I can accept losing to Oregon for the 12th straight year a week after losing to the fucking cuogs.CokeGreaterThanPepsi said:
