    Without requesting anything from me, he went to his credit card company and filed a claim that I had cheated him out of his money. I would have given him a refund had he asked.

    So I resolved the dispute by giving him his refund, and PayPal charged me $25 on top of it for a fee. So it cost me money to bring him back.
