I wouldn't call them a shitty team. The Niners he took over are similar to UW. Shit talent for skill positions on offense other than Gore - Davis was OK - and good to great talent on defense.bananasnblondes said:

I've said it before I'll say it again: coaching matters more in college football than any other sport I'm aware of. Great coaches make their mark almost immediately and in some cases immediately . He has slipped lately but remember what a shit show Oklahoma was before he got there. I know you are being sarcastic, but Carroll has multiple national championships and a Super Bowl ring. He also owned Harbaugh in the NFL. On a side note, I love what a sociopathic prick Harbaugh is.
