Sorry for your loss Derek. Cancer is harsh, my family has been hit with it a few times recently.

Very sad and touching story, Derek. It's weird how much Husky Football obviously plays in our lives. I know this is a Husky Football website and that you must have hundreds of other memories of your sister, but you have Husky Football related memories. It really is weird how a college football team plays such a role. And I have the same thing with my siblings.

My sister is the person I love most in this world. I can't imagine losing her. I'm genuinely sorry for your loss.

Like @allpurpleallgold I, too, have a sister who I love to death. She was essentially my mom growing up, as my actual mom died when I was young. I can't imagine losing her. -

This site usually doesn't make a guy get dusty. Really sorry for your loss Derek. I will try to burn a piece of my sectional in memorium. Hope you all find peace.
