He is a once in a generation coach. Turning around Stanford as quick as he did was a miracle. Getting a shitty 49er team to the Superbowl in his 2nd or 3rd year was amazing too, and what he's done with Michigan is pretty incredible.The_Undertaker said:Harbaugh is incredible. Turning around Stanford remains his masterpiece, but it's impressive how he finds immediate success everywhere he goes.
On another note, Northwestern should never ever be ranked this high.
Every coach sucks compared to Harbaugh at this point. -
Beyond it being northwestern, won't this be his third shutout in a row?
(Unless NW has scored since I last sawl the score)
Nobody does that in college. -

The '91 Huskies came within 57 seconds of doing it.doogsinparadise said:

Harbaugh is so unstable and crazy ... I love him.
More than Mora, and more than Peterman. -

Ohio State may be in trouble this year. Three straight shit outs. That Harbaugh D is tough. I have my PSU/Michigan tickets, it's hard not to be Michigan Fan right now watching them return to form, tough defense, power football.

I think Harbaugh understands the game at it's most basic components and teaches those universal and fundamental concepts really well. And he breeds toughness. If you can just play the basic game of football, with toughness, then I think that is the foundation for success at any level and he gets it.

In football Harbaugh would be on the Mt. Rushmore of coaches along with Saban, Meyer, and Bellichek. I know he hasn't won a champ. yet, but man can he turn a program around in a hurry.
