Fair assessment. The sky is not falling. Anybody who didn't expect the offense to struggle this year wasn't paying attention.

If Cal is 3rd, then we are 3A. Stanford and USC will roll them which puts them 5th, and it is 50/50 for me with ASU and Oregon and them, so split the diff and call them 6th.

Ive said this before, but our offensive ineptitude really is a shame, because it is completely masking the 80% of the program that has taken major strides in the last year and a half.
I like Pete alot, but he needs to figure it out or GTFO. Period. -

I don't think these guys watch the games. Last week after Browning had a great game and was the guy everybody was talking about, the Pac-12 blog thought the main take away from the game was Dwayne Washington...

Well, I’ll start off by saying this: do not blame that game on the defense, OK? I don’t care who you play — whether it’s a high school team, a junior college team, a much less an Pac12 team. When you turn the ball over five times — two interceptions, 3 fumbles— you ain’t going to beat anybody I just talked about. Anybody. All right? And that was a disgraceful performance in my opinion. We threw that game. We gave it away by doing that. We gave them the friggin’ game. In my opinion, that sucked. Ah. You know? You can’t turn the ball over five times like that. Holy crap! Totally agree that the only thing that counts is making plays and winning, but the rest is not even close to true.
