I am 21 years old, UW fan my whole life... Hammered drunk and saw the '91 dawgs game on pac12 network... was literally wearing sweatpants and got a semi-chub.

After class in 1991 I walked into Coach James office a couple days before a home game vs ASU asking him about my brother's visit to make sure I had a sideline pass and he sent me to see Jim because he played D. Before I went to Lambo's office I spent about 10 minutes chatting with DJ and explained to him the main reason I dreamed of attending UW was my love of Husky Football thanks to him.
At 18, I was a Husky Fan but the 84 season and especially the 85 Orange Bowl is the game that truly hooked me forever so it's nice they celebrate that team today. It's too bad Coach James isn't here to be honored but each player will carry his spirit today. One of my HS teammates played OL on that team and had a nice post on FB yesterday.
My avatar photo was almost a year to the day before I walked into Coach James office in 91 in the Saudi Arabia. Going from Desert Shield/Storm to returning to finish my degree in the fall while witnessing 12-0 was beyond amazing...what a ride that year was capped with the 92 Rose Bowl win when my booster grandfather got me 4 tixs at the 48 yard line!
