I agree that it will be hard for Sanders once everybody starts to associate him with Socialism to a larger degree -- but I know a number of Independents that normally vote Republican -- that are leaning towards Sanders now because they view him as the only candidate with a track record of telling the truth. And politicians that tell the truth are a rare breed - in any party. They view that is being more important than his stance of some of the issues that they don't agree with. This is one of the reasons he is doing so well in Utah now, in a recent poll of all voters (not just democrat).
Unfortunately just telling the truth isn't going to get him elected. I don't like his position on estate tax. I've never liked that tax, because it basically taxes already taxed assets. Now he wants to increase it. He also wants to raise the tax limit on the rich...
It gets him elected in Vermont, sure it is a small state, but Republicans vote for him too, and the gun lobby, because he isn't anti gun -- which is popular in a state full of hunters.
Even if he does want to increase taxes, the legislative branch wouldn't let him go very far.

PLSS is more electable than Trump. Trump is going to fade once the bottom feeders leave the race and endorse other candidates. The only way Trump can overcome that is if he gets over 50% which he is already slowing down and is barely above 30%. The writing is on all wall.

The onyl solution to the tax problem is the flat tax. It's simple, and as with things that are simple, it prevents much of the loopholes that currently hurt our system today.

They either off shore jobs by the thousands to low income countries or offer part time work as to avoid paying benefits to employees, all the while making record profits that largely don't find their way back into the economy. Or they abundacize and do both.

This is already happening anyway. The difference is that you and Me get to pay for the current shortfall in Gubment benefits, not the corporation.

The first thing I thought of, is like how we have self checkout at grocery stores. Fast food restaurants can do the same thing. People can click on what combo meal(s) they want then pay for it by cash or card through the machine. Once paid, the machine can pass the order to the line people to make the food.
In essence minimum wage people will make more, but there will be less of them working, so where is the gain?

I'm hearing that most minimum wage jobs are in industries that can't be outsourced, robotics on the other hand is another problem.
