If they just give him more tim they'll be rewarded. He's a great coach, he should probably take back play calling duties, that's why they lost. Sark is such a great playcaller, but he is letting his OC call plays this year. If Sark takes back playcalling duties they'll win 3 nattys in the next 5 years.
