I can actually verify that this guy is unique and not tied to the good doctor or any of Mr. PhD's other puppets. He also appears to have provided genuine info. in his profile as to where he hails from. I think we have a genuine Husky fan on our hands here.
Also, someone needs to add on to Seattleag's post and mention ribs and rickshaws etc.
