    Actually I've ALWAYS said it's measured by improvement leading to wins and that we should see tangible results of a good coach by year 3.

    Didn't see it under Lamebo, or Slick, or certainly boobs or Ty or Sark, but

    Right now I think we may FINALLY be heading in the right direction and I'm going to enjoy it.

    I actually thought we've played well since the second half of Boise.
