xrxs.net that is good. Can you access ESPN3.com? If not, use a VPN and run the IP from a US location. The game will stream on there. If you don't have a login, ask your US friends to borrow theirs.
Wizwig used to be the #1 source for overseas watching, but looks like it was shut down. There's a clone it looks like (http://wiziwig.to/football) but who knows if that's good or not.
I can't speak for Amsterdam but when I lived in Shanghai there were a lot of UW fans who would get together at some hole-in-the-wall expat bar. Ask the local alumni chapter, there must be a lot out there. -
