My poor grandpa cannot catch a break.
This morning he suffered a stroke at breakfast. He was taken immediately to the ER. He experienced right side paralysis and loss of speech. Complications from his COPD and congestive heart failure caused breathing issues. He is now in the ICU with breathing assistance, and will be there until something changes. There is hope he might leave the hospital someday, and with physical therapy, he may improve a little. Only God knows what happens next.
