not that you'd know anything about that

You can build muscle in 6 months, but it takes tendons and ligaments at least a year to strengthen and adjust to the corresponding changes in mass and torque that those new larger muscles will exert on the frame.PostGameOrangeSlices said:

Read this in a book I used to have on strength training for rock climbers, and I confirmed it last time I was at UW Sports Medicine clinic having a running injury attended to. (Though it has been a while.... because today I'm just a fat fucker that has a job and sits behind a desk 60 hours a week).PostGameOrangeSlices said:

Trey Adams is a DDY All-Star. When he committed to Sark, there wasn't a lot of excitement because at that point all dm doogs were convinced line recruiting didn't matter (and besides he's a 3-star!!!), but he's the best OL recruit we've had since Chad Ward.
I wish we could redshirt him, but... I doubt we can at this point.
Way to stock the cupboards Sark!!
Also: Andrew Kirkland strikes again. What a POS that guy is. -
@DerekJohnson, can we get a webcam for the OFFICIAL in-game threads?CokeGreaterThanPepsi said:I like @Gladstone, I am just saying, that he is probably the most likely on this bored to commit suicide during a game. And it would be a random time during a game, like against an FCS team or something and UW is up by 30 with 8 minutes left in the game and UW runs a dumb play and Gladstone just decides to kill himself at that point because he has had enough.

My sources are hearing @DerekJohnson blew that budget onCFetters_Nacho_Lover said:

Mostly agree with you but if he didn't have to retire due to chronic shoulder injury, Colin Porter would've turned out to be very good...probably a 1st or 2nd Team All Pac-12 guy by the time he was an upperclassman.
(obligatory yeah yeah yeah if my wife had balls, she'd be my husband insert).Dennis_DeYoung said:Trey Adams is a DDY All-Star. I was watching the Pac 12 network and they were covering Stanford's training camp. Shaw was asked about the early O-line struggles (so was Garnett and their big ass LT) and basically the answer was despite the individual talent it took them most the season to gel because they never had to break in 4 new players before.
These guys were all high 5- 4 star players. What do you think is going to happen to UW?
The OL is going to hurt early on, even if the potential is there. Thank God the first P12 game is against Cal.
Also, Strausser might be a good coach (I think he is) but he doesn't get the same benefit of the doubt I'd give Kwitiowski. They didn't make nearly the same leap as the DL.
