Interesting thread title. As the article states, the court is actually forcing lawmakers to resolve the education funding issue but "Court to set teacher compensation?????" is definitely a catchier, albeit, totally inaccurate title

Yes, that is one of the education issues they are ordering the LEGISLATURE to figure out. The courts are not SETTING teachers compensation.sarktastic said:
