It's more fun to break down lists like these by coaches instead of schools. So, his coaches of choice are Saban, Petersen, Sark, Black Sark, and Harbaugh.
If this were me, I could see two that would immediately be eliminated.

Lots of good QBs out west in 2017. Hopefully Tate goes to SC, otherwise Tua Tagavailoa will. Doesn't sound like Oregon will offer Tua as he isn't the runner they look for.
Ed McCaffreys son also looks really good. Ryan Kelly from Arizona looks good too. And Poopsi tells me there is a good QB from Oregon.
I'd imagine UW gets a pretty good QB, on Brownings level, in 2017. -

Texas kids go there, not Vegas kids with a million offers. I'm sure I can be proven wrong, but it's as middle of no where as it gets, you gotta really want that setting.

All of my friends that are Aggies more or less spent the better part of 4-6 years there getting drunk, stoned, and fucking. They like to promote themselves as the "corps of cadets" and being this cultish school ... but let's be honest, it's a party school where you can get a decent education and some strong network contacts. -
