Rapp has to be a SS all the way.
I think we get Eifler (his head coach is Napoleon Kaufman) and then may have room for one more. It sounds like Gregory, etc are still recruiting Lokeni Toailoa (UCLA commit) and are still recruiting this ILB:

I can see Beef Wellington moving to LB. I'm not going to pretend to know enough about Freestyle Rapp to know if he'll stay at safety or move up to LB. -
