Not entirely accurate. Take myself for instance, I'm not rich...PurpleBaze said:
Yes, it seems that golf is played by rich drippy cunts.whatshouldicareabout said:I never pay attention to golf, but are they all whiny-ass bitches about everything?

I've noticed the whiney ass bitches seem to be the losers who aren't playing on the weekend... and often times, people who haven't hit a single shot in the tourney.

4 players at -4 entering the final round of a US Open tells me that the greens are just fine ...TierbsHsotBoobs said:

Those saying that there aren't as many long putts made this week than other weeks ... I offer up that this is the US Open and we see this carnage every single year.
Could the greens be a bit better ... quite possibly. But I'd buy the arguments a lot more if the scoring was significantly higher. Most of the people that have been complaining are guys that are way off the leader board looking for someone or something to blame other than themselves. -
One of those leaders called the 18th hole the dumbest hole he's ever played.Tequilla said:

Michael Putnam is a local golfer and commented how much better the greens are at other courses in the area. And you would have to be retarded to not admit that Chambers looks like shit on tv. Nothing that yellow can look good. -
The place looked like an absolute shit hole. ChambersBayDuck lives on a dump.
We had the same course here in Portland....it was called Top O'Scott. -
To the casual observer aka the sports bar alcoholic like me that can't avoid major golf on all the screens, the course looks to be a fucking disaster.
Fescue aside, chambers will never see another major. The evergreen state is being laughed at by the drunken world. -
Simple fact, case closed, end of discussion.RoadDawg55 said:

Doesn't every single British Open course have ugly, brown, uneven grass/greens too? Nobody ever complains. Plus the weather is always awful. At least it's nice in Tacoma.

Despite the fact that the course looks horrible and there have been a ton of really shitty outcomes from great shots, with 12 holes to go, the leaderboard is outstanding. Better than any major that I can recall in a long time. Maybe the USGA isn't that dumb.
