What about beloved OL coach Dan Cozzetto? I still loved seeing Grinolds trying to spin the "You wouldn't like to see him when he's angry" thing into the equivalent statement of Cozz being a good coach.

Same thing when he'd say "You wouldn't want to see Randy Hart when he was foaming"

you wouldn't want to see Barbara Hedges when she was flooding.......
711/Aurora/U Dist first started on The Pit by yours truly and a couple of other douchebags, Sven and probably Ravenna.
Ravenna is the internet expert on location among other things. UW isn't on Montlake.
He's a legend for people forget that the US still had to beat Finland to win the gold but it wasn't the gold medal game
Sirius XM's 80s channel has a trivia question about which nation the US defeated to win the gold. Thanks to everyone here, I get the right answer every time.

To add a little to the "you mean like the Oregon State game?" mythos
It's origin came from the latter months of the Sark era when Kim was flitting about like a madman deleting posts, banning users who besmirched the good name of his beloved. Kim championed UWs 9 wins as a clear sign that Sark was the chosen one. A few posters, however, pointed out that while Sark did engineer masterful nailbiting victories over the bottom feeders of the PAC and a weak OCC schedule, his performances against the good teams resulted in "blowouts". The fact that in each season Sark coached there were at least 3 such "blowouts" made people question just how close Sark had brought the team to relevency.
Te subject of "Sark's blowouts" prompted Kim's question of "you mean like the Oregon State game ?" (the one blowout against a PAC team where Sark was on the winning side)
