BTW, the only state on this list that didn't vote for Obama was Alaska. Vermont is the only state with a Communist elected to the U.S. Senate, and is also home to CollegeDouche.

It's become very commercialized since my dad use to take me there in the 80's ... but it still rivals the Wenatchee Valley / Leavenworth / Entiat areas for fishing and getting away from it all.
If you want to do lake fishing, which I don't really care for, but it is more suited for my kids, there are lots of natural lakes. June is great as the snow melts. -
