Should Miles have been a receiver?

His combine time looks pretty fast... and he can't throw... might have been an okay receiver?

I don't think receivers are supposed to close their eyes when ball is in the air

Move Miles to safety
-
Uh, what?
-
Can't we just be happy he's gone?
-
take 0.2 seconds off his 40, since it was hand timed. Dude would a 4.9 at the NFL combine
-
Your a raysiss!!!!
You probably like Huge Mellon (lol, oh nice), as well -
Maybe a safety?
Let's do it again with number 10 -
I know you are being sarcastic but we have had a number #10 on defense moonlighting as a LB for 4 years.topdawgnc said:Maybe a safety?

Let's ask him

OKG for sure.PurpleBaze said:Uh, what?

I feel bad for him in that it can't be fun to have an entire fan base frustrated with you.
But I am relieved to know that I won't have to sit through an entire 2015 season wondering why Petersen inexplicably won't remove him as our starting QB. -

Is Carta-Samuels the next Price?

I'm relieved because now there is at least a chance I won't die of alcohol poisoning during a game next year.DerekJohnson said:I feel bad for him in that it can't be fun to have an entire fan base frustrated with you.

Miles leaving probably means Carta Samuels is pretty good. I doubt Miles would leave if he felt he had a good shot at being the starter, regardless of how much he hates Petersen.
Now if the offense sucks, more heat is on Jonathon Smith and Petersen.
Run the fucking ball. Most young OL are better at run blocking. Use Ross creatively. New OL or not, there is no excuse to not have a much better offense this year.
Another worst (or 2nd or 3rd worst) in the PAC 12 offense and Smith has to go and Petersen's seat should get a little warm. -
I thought this thread was about homo-erotic tendencies by the title.
Downvote for bait and switch.

Compared to Miles, probably 81% of poasters on this bored are pretty good at playing QB.RoadDawg55 said:Miles leaving probably means Carta Samuels is pretty good. I doubt Miles would leave if he felt he had a good shot at being the starter, regardless of how much he hates Petersen.

How is Magna Carta's accuracy? I recently spoke with a former player (played about 15 years ago) who saw him throw in 2014 at practice and said Magna was misfiring more than he would've liked.
At least he (and WildSwede) are built well so they can take more of a pounding from a rebuilt OL that will have some growing pains in pass-pro. -
So uw will have two big guys who can run at least a bit and have strong, wild arms and a small freshman with a decent and accurate arm. It doesn't seem any worse than the qb situation last spring.

When has Miles ever demonstrated good decision making in his life? -

I walked across a football field a few weeks ago and looked at the end zone from the 40 and thought, "Yeah, it's not that far to throw, but it is for him." My technique's better too.PurpleBaze said:
