I agree the bus racists (just 2) should be brought to a university trial, then a legal trial. Then expulsion is warranted if university policy and or SAE policy was broken. But an education cannot be denied an individual for personal beliefs and the 1st amendment's boundries. That's all. According to their website, the policy is in their student handbook under the student code of conduct. Says violators of this policy will face punishment outlined by the student code (http://www.ou.edu/regents/policy.html).
The university can't stifle "free speech", but the university (and the state of Oklahoma) can set their own policies. -

My company just changed the cell phone policy. It used to be they reimburse you so much per month. Now you have to sign an agreement that basically says the company can monitor your phone, read emails, texts, etc. I said fuck that. I agree about getting kicked out of housing and disbanded, but something feels off about full on expulsion from class.
