Contributed to the pick...that he didn't see Butler...wow!!

Though Carroll said Russell saw butler out of alignment.

Hugh needs to eat a bag of dicks.

Huge mellon, but a walnut-sized brain...

He may as well have. He ripped Keith Price for 3 years while he was jerking off Lockner with his right hand and Sark with his left hand.

On one hand, I will always be grateful to Hugh for allowing me to interview him for Bow Down to Willingham. It was controversial and he didn't have to do that, but he did.

On the other hand, when he asked for my help in 2006 to promote his Baden footballs, he repeatedly promised me a bunch of signed footballs and never delivered. (Seeing those footballs in the above photo sparked this memory).

    Oh well...

Authentic Huge Millen autographed balls? Those would have been worth tens of Sven bucks.
I can't remember who was going to sign them.

Probably Big Lo and Sea Hulk. You could have sold those footballs to a bunch of 12FS.

Absolutely piss poor by Hugh on that ... he saw the pre-snap positioning and read, took the snap, and threw the ball ... Pats player just made a great play.

Exactly what happened. That kid may never make another great play but he made one that time, and at the most opportune time imaginable.

I might be the biggest Hugh apologist on this bored but it's really hard to defend some of his takes...many of them in fact

Do you think Pats fans call Butler a great CB like some here call Kearse a great WR?

Oh boy, the Hugh hate continues here. I don't have these same feelings re: racism, etc as I basically exited the program during the mid 2000's. Had to for my own sanity

You think his height helped with a rub slant Jimmy?

We'll be talking about this forever...can we just agree that it's not a bad call in general.. BUT, big BUT...the wrong call in this case considering our particular strengths/personnel
