This used to be a way for people to get hits on their websites, putting "what time is the Super Bowl" in their first paragraph of whatever they were writing. Then google simply listed the time.
I felt cooler answering the question back when the Super Bowl kickoff was at 3:17 or 3:18 like it used to be.
