I have never seen a QB drop as many pinpoint dimes as Adams did against UW this season. All of Eastern's QB's under Baldwin have been great, so he would come with questions, but I think it's safe to say Adams can play at the Pac 12 level.

his arm isn't incredible but he has better touch than at least a few NFL QB's -
I don't know if Oregon is the best fit for him though with the aforementioned cramping issues
