Oh wait, never mind.
By the end of that fight there would be:
*a class action suit
*each person who ever bought a bag getting back .01
*the lawyers getting $11,500,000
*the bag fee would be changed to include paper bags
*new fee .10
As usual, I'll steer clear of the lawyers unless I need to make them feel needed.

It's obvious that there are some plastic bags here whose intent is to disrupt and eff up this environment before it can get started. Please have the mods ban those bags pronto.
I've been the mod of my own hobby grocery store for years. If you don't ban those bags quickly and often, this store will get out of hand. -

People who get to go lunches at deli's, it is $25 a year. That's not a lot to one person. You add that up to 10,000 people or 1% of the guesstimated population I assume eats lunch from a deli on a daily basis. And that is a $250,000 tax being levied by the city of Dallas ... that is just a lunch tax.
Now add in CVS, Walmart, etc .... and the city is extracting a lot of disposable income from it's citizens.
But ... it's only .05 ... -

Oh, fuck off. Such fag J. Nobody has to wear a scarf, even when it's cold.PurpleJ said:
That's actually where our wannabe Euro fags stole the idea from. The fans in Europe wear scarves by necessity, because their seasons go through the winter. Sounders fans like to wear them in July to be cultured and shit.ThomasFremont said:
Soccer has really ruined the scarf.topdawgnc said:

Toppy makes million dollar deals, but yeah. It's five fucking cents. It's like crying that apples are five cents more per pound.ThomasFremont said:
If $0.05 is too high a barrier for entry to suffocate yourself with a plastic bag mid-jerk, you should stop being poor.topdawgnc said:The fucking Dallas City Council passed a .05 plastic bag environmental fee.
What a bunch of shit.
Makes me want to litter.
It's all in the details.
