Recruiting matters water is wet

What Oregon has done well is getting kids to stay in the boat once they commit and only offer kids that will get into school. They also don't throw out offers to random guys they haven't even see play. Sark was abysmal on all 3 fronts. I have hopes that Peterman will be better
