I was thinking the same thing the other day. If a guy can really play, it really doesn't do a coach any good to red shirt him. Kid might have saved his job, though he really is better off now, on that network nobody can actually watch.

It's not about how good Hundley would have been, but how bad the other guys they had were. Like with UW's owen12 season. If Jack stays healthy it never happens.
