Need vodka help

I'm in a rut with my drinks....need to come up with some vodka drink ideas stat....besides the ol' standbys.

Im on my third vodka and fresh squeezed grapefruit. I know it seems girly but its really quite nice. Another favorite of mine is called a 10. Vodka, diet mountain dew and a splash of pineapple juice. I also like vodka and vitamin water. Or just with ice cubes.
Also, fuck everyone, Im not a fag.
