Seattle wins out they are guaranteed to tie either GB or Detroit, and they win the tiebreaker with both of them, thanks to their superior NFC record (and of course the head to head win over GB). If Dallas wins it makes it a three way tie, and Seattle wins all three way tiebreakers.
What's the scenario in which Seattle goes 12-4 and doesn't have homefield?
