The 2005 and 2006 teams say whaaaaaaat?Gladstone said:Romar has never remotely had OOC success like this.

I feel like those teams definitely had an OOC loss or two. I'm too lazy to check.

2005-2006 lost to Gonzaga. They beat some pretty good teams though.Gladstone said:I feel like those teams definitely had an OOC loss or two. I'm too lazy to check.

in 2004-05 they beat a Utah team that finished 29-6, alabama who finished 24-8, and an Oklahoma team who finished 25-8.
Clearly that one was the best

05-06 was the team that beat the Zags, 04-05 lost to themRoadDawg55 said:

In other words, house money??dhdawg said:At this point the Oklahoma game would just be gravy, successful non conference result either way (barring a big time upset) Tulane is probably the 2nd best team left and they were uncompetitive vs Wake forest

EWU probably beats half the pac-12. the huskies are not great but they're probably still 3rd best in the conferenceFire_Marshall_Bill said:

I have barely followed the team since March of 2013 and am just learning some of the players, but it's hard to get real excited. I've seen Romar teams turn it on at the end after a lackluster game, and everyone gets excited. I'm not falling for that again.
So in other words, it's good they won, but it was expected. I'll see how they do vs. pac 12 teams.

This team is different. Even when they had Ross/Wilcox/Wroten if they were down 8 late I would have 0 confidence they would come back. They would go into desperation mode and start chucking up terrible shots.
Even down 10 late in the game they still looked calm and poised and ran good offense to try and get higher % shots. They missed they got back quick and played good D.
NWG's leadership on the court is his biggest attribute imo. -
This. Eastern hit a ton of tough, contested threes, but UW stayed composed the whole time and found a way to win. There has been a lot to feel good about.CuntWaffle said:This team is different. Looking at some of the OOC games in conference it appears that it's a year where 5-6 teams could make the tournament: Arizona, UCLA, Utah, California, UW, Colorado, and maybe Oregon or OSU.dhdawg said:
