When people say they're concerned about global warming, they mean they're concerned about the ability of humans to adapt to the effects of climate change. No one is saying the world is about to end. Lots of twisting going on here. Just don't buy real estate in Houston and Miami.

I remember watching some alarmist documentary on peak oil in the spring of '08 on one of the public access channels that allows anything to be on air. Obviously it hasn't happened.
