    All Pac-12 schools are pretty much the same at the undergrad level except Stanford, UCLA and Berkeley.

    You could make an argument that Wazzu and ASU are a bit worse, but nobody ever said "Wow, that guy went to UW."

    They do if you went to a science or engineering school at UW.

    Edit: And I know this is about undergrad discussion but the amount of funding for research and development affects the faculty, and that in turn improves the courses for the students... not to mention it's easy to do undergraduate research at UW.
