  Yoga can be a bitch. It's not necessarily pussy stuff. It can strengthen and it does increase flexibility which reduces injury possibilities.
  
  Meditation? Bull shit. Gassers relaxes ones mind and creates focus. Particularly when there are mistakes that require increased awarness.

  What those people are missing is that when you incorporate faggy stuff into a team that is already winning, it looks smart and forward thinking.   There is a whole article about Pete and his approach. Pete has the Seahawks doing meditation and yoga. If Pete does it's good enought for Sark.
