Very likely both. KJR is a shell of its former self in terms of covering UW athletics. Either Petermen gives them nothing (true) or no one gives a shit and wants to talk Hawks (also true)

Apparently softy was ranting about moving Shaq to offense. If anyone actually believes Shaq on defense is more valuable than Shaq on offense, they need to DIAFF

@Ruth_Robbins61 excuse me idiot? You think we're bitter because we lost the rights? Or because 44-30? You're a lunatic. As always

Bierra's missed tackles resulted in Hundley's TD run in 1Q and 3 third-down conversions for UCLA. If Shaq were in there to make those plays, the game would've been completely different. Probably would've only lost 27-13 instead.

FWIW, Shaq on defense w/o Kikaha and Peters is more valuable than Shaq on offense w/o Kikaha and Peters.

I would agree, but Peters was dismissed late in the week, and Kikaha went out early. Probably was too late to make such a switch.
W/Shaq on defense we suck, W/Shaq on offense we suck. Either way it really isn't very interesting

If you're going to complain about Shaq not playing defense, then you can't ALSO complain about how he is being used on offense.

The Bierria missed tackle was on first and goal from the 4. They probably would have scored anyways. Shaq wasn't going to make a huge difference on defense. UCLA scored a TD on the drive he was in at LB.

The DL doesn't get consistent pressure without Kikaha and the secondary is a dreckfest without Peters.

The first whiff was on 2nd down and goal but they would have got in anyway - I agree.

Bierria and Littleton (sometimes filled in for Berria) both whiffed on 3rd down tackles to get the defense off the field throughout the first half. Same thing happened in Boulder last week but CU's defensive ineptitude kept us in it.

Cooper did better at RB than Berria/Littleton did as Shaq 2.0.

I am guessing that is the point being made and I would agree.
