    Just no.

When you're done rooting Mike Slive's cock, please explain how a 7-2 team with losses to #3 and #17, and with a blowout road 62-27 victory @ #9 doesn't qualify as 'good'

If your argument centers on narrow victories over dreckfest teams, don't bother as you've already lost.

    Uh, no.

These next two games matter. A lot. Manage a split (or better), and Pete gets a respectable bowl bid and a lot of momentum rolling into recruiting season. Drop them both, and you spend the entire offseason answering questions about whether the program is still just treading water.

Dismissing Peters was the right call for the long-term good of the program. But pretending the short-term hit to your defense doesn't matter is wishful thinking.

If the CFP committee didn't invite you to the bowl, it's not a respectable bowl.

This situation reminds me a lot of titus young. A kid with incredible talent and obvious ability to play at the next level but regularly made stupid decisions. Titus spent an entire year on the sidelines thanks to his inability to understand basic concepts(and probable mental disorder). Peters has some of those same issues where he just doesn't understand or comprehend basic thought. You see it on the field all the time.

It's a huge loss for this defense on the field, but not if he's such a problem in practice it's a massive distraction.

The fact that ASU is #9 in the country just shows that that there are a maximum of eight good teams in the country. I'd call it seven, as I think MSU isn't good either.

I think it's time to take a walk and get some perspective. TSIFO

Do you think the Alamo Bowl is respectable?

I lied, there are nine good teams in the country. The CFP committee has two of them too low.

Hmm. I agree. It would be a huge statement if Petersen won more games in his debut season (10) than SarkFS did in any of his seasons. Momentum going into the offseason for recruiting would be huge as well. We also have some unfinished business with UCLA and Mora, time to fucking win and beat a good team.
Sark left after 8 ... Tui won game #9 ...

Maybe your eyes aren't as good as mine ... but mine show UCLA to be a sloppy team that has some significant problems on the OL. They tend to be a team that if they get hit in the mouth they tend to retreat a little bit and don't respond well to adversity. If you can take away the run game from Hundley (not the run game in general, but HIS run game), it really hurts their offense.

There's no question that they are insanely talented. However, with the exception of the ASU game this year (and really about an 8 to 10 minute stretch of that game), can you name for me any game where they looked impressive? The next closest would be what they did to Arizona ... but that depends on what your opinion of Arizona is.

He seems a lot like Ty. I'm not saying he he Ty. So don't twist. He's running off the best players and doing dumb fake punts and shit.

How many BCS bowl wins did Ty have?
