Good chit and first, bitches
-
But how is Kyle Benn doing in the Pick 'Em?
I agree that something this program seems to lack is role models. -
"You've got some jackasses already calling for Petersen's head."
Hi Kim! -
Senior year & players with no work ethic, coach ricky's watch was club med

"you lost the best tight end in the nation"
disagree.
GRAA, though. Seriously. -
". . .you lost one of the most statistically significant quarterbacks we've had, you lost the best running back in the nation, you lost the best tight end in the nation, you had an injury to what could have been one of the best wide receivers in the nation, and lost a couple great o-linemen."
The constant overrating of the UW talent base from all manner of observers has been one of the wellsprings of bitterness in the fanbase during the "lost decade."
Were these guys who are name dropped talented individuals? No doubt. Were they "best in the nation" talents? Lulz. -
The NFL draft disagrees with Canard's talent evaluation concerning the RB and TE.Canard said:". . .you lost one of the most statistically significant quarterbacks we've had, you lost the best running back in the nation, you lost the best tight end in the nation, you had an injury to what could have been one of the best wide receivers in the nation, and lost a couple great o-linemen."

RIF. Benn's ass kissing doesn't say the two were AMONG the best in the nation. He said they were THE best in the nation. The first notion would be sensible. They way he actually put it is horseshit. The "best in the nation" don't repeatedly disappear in big games.MisterEm said:

he talks as if 9 or 10 wins is not possible. The game against UCLA will be huge and is a gateway to that goal.
-
It was you, Canard, that stated these players were overrated in response to Benn's assessment - Not I. I disputed your quook analysis with facts supported by the draft.Canard said:

Let's take the conjecture and paraphrasing out of the scenario since you are neglecting the limp-wrist who coached the two in question.
Who were the first RB's selected last year by the NFL?
Who were the first TE's selected by the NFL?
What team did these two play for previously?
Is the NFL draft overrated, Canard?
Or was Sark's utilization of said 'overrated' players the question?
