Two years and DeBoer has lost a Citrus Bowl and essentially won another Citrus Bowl because that’s what a first round playoff game is and finally blown out in what is basically an old school BCS bowl. No semi final appearances at a true blue blood in CFB. Sad. 25-3 with Chris Petersens talent and his second choice at QB (Heaner was Fats first choice) and 20-8 with zero semi finals with all that sweet Nick Saban talent. I’ve got my popcorn ready to see what he’s got in store for act 3. He hasn’t been anywhere longer than 2 years since Sioux Falls. Yeah, UW is stuck with the Fisher at 7.5 million but the longer Boner is away from that BPE the more I think Judd and Fats are a lot more alike than everyone initially thought. We’ll see! DeBoer sucks now? Welcome to the dark side Race. Well I guess UW dodged a 9.5 million dollar bullet with that one. Good for them! Why can't Fish be Cigarette? Well, no one is Cigarette except maybe Saban and Saban quit this version of CFB. Too much parity for the GOAT. Cig is 1 of 1. The absolute best coach in CFB. There's him and then a huge gap and then everyone else. Fish and the rest can't be him because no one is him. He's the unicorn that everyone thought Boner was. He's a fucking wizard. Fish is pretty good, he won 69% of his games in year 2 at UW. Future looks encouraging and next year is huge for him. You are absolutely sure what he is. I'm still undecided, one more year to show it. I'm here for it.

The Debore/Judd debate is a bit senseless IMO. Two completely different situations and two completely different coaches.

Debore, DeFled, DeGutting UW's roster in the process, and is now DeFlaccid in Bama. His MO has been to do well with other's players, sort of. BPE injection was huge, made his career. GLP-1 injections seem to be holding him back with Saban's talent, something I think most did not see coming but it is what it is. His seat is hot and getting hotter. He might even get shitcanned the next time they get plungered.

Judd took over a disaster at Arizona and turned it around in three years. He then took over a gutted UW team that has shown improvement from year one to year two, and did so while being forced to replace a number of key assistants, nicely upgrading the DC spot. There are things to legitimately complain about with Judd, but IMO we're in a LIPO situation. One thing is for sure, he's not here for the long haul anymore than Debore was, but at least he's been honest about that by not claiming to be, If the Huskies take the next step next year and get into the CFP, I suspect he'll be able to (and will) jump to the NFL.
